Supplies needed:

Tube of choice, I used Edward Tadiello, you must have a license to use, (store closed)
My Swing Cluster Frame, Here
Mask of choice, I used DBV mask 147 Here
PTU Pretty Spring Scrap Kit by Jenn's Designs, this kit is no longer offered for download

UPDATE: If you are a consistent user of Paint Shop Pro, please feel to use this tut if you have the kit or you're welcome to download and use the frame with another kit and tube. 9/24/21 Revised.

Disclaimer: This tutorial is from my own imagination, resemblance to any other is pure coincidence.

Let's begin:

Open the cluster frame, shift + d to copy, close original
Delete the credit and background layers
Add a new raster layer and move to the bottom
C/P paper 1, apply mask, merge group
Highlight your frame layer, take your lasso tool, point to point and draw in center of frame
Selections, expand by 10
C/P paper 8 below the frame
C/P your tube and move to the upper left corner under the swing
Change blend mode to overlay
C/P tube and place in swing, when satisfied with position, move under the swing
Now duplicate the tube and move this copy to the top
Take your eraser tool and and carefully erase the part of the dress on top of swing seat
Also erase the hairline from the top of the frame
C/P the frog, resize 40%
C/P the rabbit, resize 30%
Apply drop shadow to rabbit and frog, I used Lokas 3d on default settings
You're done !
